Bell & Front Door Service

Our Bell Service is a natural extension of our valet parking service and hotels can benefit greatly by outsourcing their bellman operations. Our bell service will not only assist guests with valet parking and room delivery, we will also be showing each guests the hotels amenities and assisting them with their transportation needs through our executive transportation service.

It’s about convenient drop off and retrieval points, guest name recognition, and solid revenue controls. The ability to drop off a vehicle at one location and have it delivered to another upon retrieval is a feature we call cross-retrieval. It is an ultra convenient service for our guests of large hotels, retail centers, and hospitals.

PPS Parking, Inc. realizes that our front door service will be the first and last impression your guests will have of an event. Whether you require valet parking or transportation service for a wedding, corporate event, fundraiser, conference, graduation, anniversary, birthday, or any type of get together, we take this responsibility seriously and treat every guest with the same importance. With PPS Parking’s versatility, we are equipped to handle any situation. Our team will run your event’s front door and transportation operations as efficiently as we do with our largest clients.

Our Services Include:

Amenities:

Some of our vehicles are equipped with Flip Down DVD players and SD Cards, USB, and Wireless Capabilities. We provide complimentary water and newspapers, and other amenities at an additional cost.

Hotel and Hospital Service Program:

As part of our hotel and hospital program, we typically have a minimum of one vehicle on property full-time to serve the immediate needs of our guests. We provide all types of transportation service, from transporting VIP’s, to providing tours for potential clients and patients, as well as employee shuttling.

Marketing and Promotion:

For our hotel, hospital, and retail center clients, we show their promotional videos upon our guest’s arrival. We also provide our clients with the option to sell this service to groups that would like charter service and show a video relating to a conference, product, or service.

Fleet:

Our fleet consists of SUV’s such as Suburban’s and Tahoe’s, Town cars, as well as coaches from 10 – 54 passengers and Stretch Limousines.

Maintenance:

Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of mechanical performance, cleanliness and presentation. Each vehicle is rigorously and regularly serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ recommended instructions and time frames.

Security:

Security is provided by complete and thorough background checks from state and local authorities to the Federal level. Random testing of our driver’s for drug and alcohol is monitored by management and conducted through Advanced Workplace Strategies, Inc.

Licensing:

Our driver’s who are hired to drive our vehicles that have ten passengers or more are required to have a valid Class B driver’s license. All drivers must have a clean DMV record and participate in our Pull Notice System through the Department of Motor Vehicles, which provides us with a periodic report of our driver’s motor vehicle record, to ensure continued compliance with our standards and requirements.

Hotel Interface:

The system also interfaces with multiple Hotel Management Systems, including CMS, Micros Opera, Starwood’s Galaxy, and Hilton’s OnQ. The interface takes our guest information captured by our valet team on arrival and compares that information to tables populated by guest check-ins, check outs, and room charges. The system will automatically match vehicle records to guest folios/rooms based on variable criteria, and for those matched records, will automatically post variable overnight parking rates at the user defined time of night. Manual reconciliation may also be completed by management prior to posting time. Full reports are generated before and after posting time, showing attempted posts, successful posts, and failed posts. Vehicles for whom posting was not successful are flagged for attention in the system.

Lost Key Reduction:

Missing keys alert can recover keys before they are lost, thereby eliminating a guest service issue and the cost and aggravation associated with lost keys.
